Well, it’s 2am, I’m not gonna lie, I’m pretty tired. Currently wide awake on twitter and facebook, exhausted from the gig, and waiting for my beautiful girlfriend to call me and tell me she’s in Liverpool safely. And I can’t help but feel so satisfied. Great gig tonight, and what was amazing was having so many people down there just to see us. Can’t tell you all how much we appreciate that. You were awesome.
And as for the band…all I can say is wow. Chris was ridiculous, Dave Drummer (Hereby Thad) was on it, Jamie needed to behave himself, Lucia was nothing short of wonderful, and Dave L was tastefully off the hook. The sore throat held out, although my trip to kada’s afterwards probably means that my sore throat will be screaming at me with a vengeance tomorrow morning. It was nice I just concentrated on singing and having a good time. And man I haven’t had that much fun since the last time we jammed. The band was brilliant. We’ve got a great sound and I think we can take it to the next level. Having all these great people down there was awesome too. You guys made the night.
Well I must fly, ringing my lady to see where she is, then I’ll be hitting the hay until the morning time.
